Though Australian Shiraz has become a cliché (similar to California Chardonnay), the best winemakers Down Under have dedicated themselves to vinifying wines with elegance and finesse from a wide variety of grapes (Shiraz included). Sample the best of the bunch at a dinner prepared by JBF Award Winner Nobuo Fukuda and friends with wine pairings selected by Australian wine expert John Larchet.
