Chocolate Truffles  

Chocolate truffles are often referred to as the “King of Candies”, and rightly so. We use only the finest ingredients including exquisite Belgian chocolate, sweet butter, and primo liqueurs and flavorings, and (of course) the freshest cream. Each and every truffle center is carefully hand-shaped before being individually dipped in more Belgian chocolate.  Choose from a variety of flavors and packs.

Barks and Rubbles

Our original recipes featuring classic combinations of fruits, nuts and more, smothered in rich, smooth Belgian chocolate then spread thinly to cool before being broken up into rugged pieces for boxing. Made to order just for you, we have a number traditional favorites, plus some unique specialties.

Our  Bark and Rubble flavors include:

Dark Debris - Dark chocolate brimming with almonds, walnuts and raisins.

Milky Rubble - Pecans and chunks of our own butter almond toffee in milk chocolate.

Peppermint CRASH! (pictured above) - A delicate sandwich of wafer-thin creamy Belgian white and dark chocolate layers generously studded with peppermint candy.

Butter Almond Toffee  

This is the candy for which we are almost famous! Crispy, thick, incredibly fresh, traditional English-style butter & toasted almond toffee covered with dark, milk or white chocolate then coated with more even toasted almonds. Simple, classic, perfection!

Toffee Rubble (Ice Cream Topping / Baking Chips)

During the course of making our award winning Butter Almond Toffee and breaking it up to sell, we end up with some pieces too small for boxing.  We cut these up a little smaller and they become the perfect ice cream topping or baking chip.  We bag the Rubble in clear cello tubes and tie the bags with raffia for a cute presentation.  Great addition to gift baskets!
